Brands have had to navigate a global pandemic and tech giants’ privacy algorithm updates, all while trying to stay in tune with serious shifts in consumer behaviour. We’ll discuss how media consumption patterns have shifted and which channels are associated with higher levels of trust and in this fast-paced, ever-evolving digital media landscape, we’ll review trends to keep on your radar for 2022.

Presenter Details:

Natasha Nagel, Brown Communication Group’s Media Director, and resident digital strategist, is a combination of inquisitive and analytical, two critical traits in the quickly evolving world of online communications.

Natasha’s educational background is extensive; she learned from the best. She graduated with a Master of Science in Marketing from the Edwards School of Business and completed a leadership course at Harvard Business School. Her research focused on individual experiences and their impact on consumer behaviour. Natasha also teaches communications at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Her passion for learning, research and data paired with her knowledge of psychology and marketing has shaped media strategies for all Brown clients.

The insight that Natasha possesses is critical when it comes to understanding information consumption in a multi-screen world. Her certification in various popular platforms like Google, StackAdapt, and Facebook allows her to make sure all her clients’ messaging reaches the right people.
