SeedMaster is currently seeking an innovative, forward-thinking and results-oriented individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Manager. You will be playing a key role in building the strategic marketing plan through the use of market analysis, historical internal marketing reports, and relevant ag marketing industry trends and tools.

Key accountabilities include:

• Develop digital, email and event-based marketing programs designed to attract new business, nurture existing and generate quality sales opportunities by working alongside our vendors to generate awareness within the marketplace

• Create design, layout, content and execution for email marketing and oversee the building of templates, forms and landing pages

• Work closely with sales teams to drive awareness and traffic to our site and digital media presence

• Monitor key performance metrics and make recommendations to drive conversions and enhance content

• Create high quality, compelling promotional material for print or digital media

• Coordinate and track articles and press releases- post and track activity by prospective and existing customers

• Develop relevant activities to increase revenue • Answer external inquiries from prospects, customers, vendors, publishers, and media

• Identify new media opportunities and apply for awards with notable and relevant industry organizations

• Ensure brand consistency leveraging direction from the company

• Secure new speaking opportunities

• Update web page and keep current

• Handle logistics for trade shows, speaking engagements, and events


• A degree/diploma in Agriculture/Business/Event Coordination or a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

• Candidates with experience in the Ag sector will be given preference

• Experience with Adobe Creative cloud products (InDesign & Photoshop) is required

• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot considered an asset High degree of proficiency with MS Office suite of products

• An understanding of dealer channel relationships, cooperative advertising programs, and partner relationship management is considered an asset

• Ability to multi-task with a keen eye for detail

• Appreciation/enthusiasm for the ever-changing agriculture market

• Up to 25% domestic and international travel required
