21-Feb-2012 Our sister chapter, IABC/BC is calling on your help and expertise this year.

They need help with judging their chapter’s Bronze Quill Awards and have called on IABC/Regina members to assist them with this. As you may know, communications awards are typically judged outside of the city and chapter where the entries are produced, hence the need for outside assistance.

IABC chapters often participate in reciprocal judging, i.e. judging one another’s award entries, and IABC/BC has provided great support to your Regina chapter with our ACE awards program and in other ways.

We invite our communications professionals (who have not entered a submission to the Bronze Quill!) to help judge these awards. It’s a great learning opportunity and you’ll get to see the interesting and innovative work that’s going on in other areas, not to mention have some great awards-judging experience!

What does this entail? Each judge will evaluate three or four submissions, with each needing about an hour to complete.

You’ll be provided with the materials you need as well as the judging guide and templates.

Interested? Please contact Lindsay Bryson, our VP of Volunteers at lcb678@mail.usask.ca.

We thank you for your help!
