Communications Challenge Mentorship Program

IABC Regina is pleased to announce its first ever Communications Challenge Mentorship Program! This program provides senior communication professionals the opportunity to guide and mentor junior IABC members to develop their skills and help solve a communications challenge for a local nonprofit organization.

Applications for participation in this program will be accepted from mentors, mentees and non-profit organizations until February 17. Mentees, mentors and nonprofit organizations will be partnered at the end of February and have six weeks to complete their communications team challenge between March 1 and April 14.

GROW – Mentees
Must have less than three years of experience in the industry.
Hold an active IABC Regina membership.
Dedicate at least three hours per week from March 1 to April 14.

GUIDE – Mentors
Must have at least five years of experience in the communications industry.
Currently be employed in the industry or managing an active consulting practice.
Hold an active IABC Regina membership.
Dedicate at least three hours per week from March 1 to April 14.

CONTRIBUTE – Non-profit organizations
Your organization must be a registered charity or non-profit organization.
Your organization must be based out of Regina or have a local chapter/office in Regina.
Your organization must have a communications need identified.
Communications project/need must be able to be completed between March 1 and April 14, 2012 and must have measurable outcomes.
